Returns & Exchanges
You can return the product if it is not on the Donailla non-returnable products list, and if you have received it in the following conditions:
Incorrect product (if the product has not been used and is in its original, intact packaging with all labels and markings)
Damaged/Defective product (for electronics, products with opened packaging will be accepted if the description or displayed images differ).
We will approve the return under the following specified conditions:
The products are in their original packaging from the seller (unopened and sealed box) and not damaged or in poor condition. The packaging must be sealed and intact.
For clothing and fashion orders, the product's original tags and labels must be present with the original packaging.
For other products, returns will be accepted if the product is in its original, intact packaging, including all accessories.
The amount will be refunded to your Donailla wallet or to your credit card after we inspect the products.
